Shipping Policy

tablegrocer ships orders only to addresses within the United States. The timing below separates order processing from carrier transit so you can understand the full delivery estimate.

Shipping Area and Cost

We deliver only within the United States. All United States orders receive free standard shipping with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order Cutoff and Processing Time

Our order cutoff is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days. Orders placed after the cutoff begin processing on the next business day. Order processing takes 1–2 business days and includes payment verification, preparation, and carrier handoff. Weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.

Transit Time

After the order has been processed and handed to the carrier, standard transit typically takes 4–6 business days. Transit time is separate from the 1–2 business-day processing time. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak-season volume, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Tracking

We provide a tracking number after shipment. Tracking details are sent to the contact information supplied at checkout and may take a short time to update after the carrier first scans the package.

Address Accuracy

Please review the shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We will try to help before shipment, but we cannot guarantee an address change once processing or carrier handoff has begun.

Delays, Loss, or Damage

If tracking does not update for an unusual period, the package appears lost, or the shipment arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will review the carrier information and help arrange an appropriate resolution. Nothing in this section limits the remedies described in our Refund Policy for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders.

Cancellations

An order may be canceled before it ships. Once it has shipped, the order is handled under our Refund Policy.

Taxes

Applicable sales tax is collected where required by law and is shown during checkout.
